Sunset Reset | run, yoga and cold water dip
Come join us for an evening of rejuvenation at Irvine Beach. Kickstart the start of summer with a refreshing run along the beach, followed by a calming yoga session as the sun sets. End the experience with a invigorating dip in the cold water to reset your mind and body. Connect with nature and unwind with like-minded individuals.

I'm Emily, a yoga teacher, seasoned runner (and run leader) and cold water enthusiast.
